Our web shop is open for both domestic and International orders. A shipping surcharge is required to process an order. Shipping rates apply to all orders.
All prices on this site are in EUR (€). Taxes (VAT 25%) are included in the price. We reserve the right to amend prices on this site at any point of time.
Upon receiving your order, we will send you an order confirmation by email within 3 working days. Orders will be packed and shipped out within 5 working days. Once your order has been shipped we will send you an email confirming this. Your order is shipped through PostNord Sverige (Sweden) AB. Click here to track your parcel at PostNord.
Returns & exchanges
Buying on approval - You can return an item within 14 days of receipt of your order at your own expense.
Please note that you need to inform us about your return within 14 days, before you send any packages.
You do this easiest by filling in the form that you'll find under ”Contact".
Goods exchanged - You can also return the item within 14 days and choose another item instead. The item has to cost less or same as the returned one. Just follow the instructions on your return document that comes with your order. In both cases the item has to be un-used and in new condition. For example, do not send caps in envelopes and don't label any shoe boxes. Both the returned item AND the packaging has to be in un-used as new condition. If the item has been used you will not get a refund and if the package is damaged we will charge a fee of at least 20% of the value of the merchandise or 30 EURO.
Attention! If you wish to exchange a product that now has a different price than when you placed the order, we will not refund you the difference. We do not price-match and the difference will not be reimbursed if you exchange the size of your product.
If the return is done according to the return document that comes with your order we will either exchange the returning item(s) and send it to you freight-free or refund your money.
Remember to mark the shipping documents with "Product return" and "Shipped with tracking number [your number]". Also include information about the type of product and product value.
Kayaoriginals.com does not refund shipping costs.
In the event were you did not update your credit card adress, Kayaoriginals will not be responsible for any orders shipped out to the wrong address. Kayaoriginals only process orders and ship out based on the information provided by your order. In the event should the orders be shipped out to a non-updated address, Kayaoriginals will not be liable for the missing order.
